Kerr Sundries Bulk Pricing Subscription – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 22, 2025

By subscribing to the Kerr Sundries Bulk Pricing service (“Subscription”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Access

  1. Eligibility: The Subscription grants you access to purchase selected items at reduced (‘bulk’) pricing, as listed on the Kerr Sundries bulk pricing page.
  2. Subscription Fee: Access requires payment of a monthly subscription fee (“Subscription Fee”), billed in advance each month.

2. Product Orders

  1. Only certain items are available for purchase at bulk pricing under the Subscription, as designated on the relevant website.
  2. All products are produced and shipped by third parties on behalf of Kerr Sundries.
  3. Orders are subject to availability. Kerr Sundries reserves the right to change or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Products are produced on demand and then shipped. Please allow up to six (6) weeks from the date of order for delivery.
  2. Shipping may be subject to delays outside Kerr Sundries’ control.

4. Subscription Management

  1. Cancellation: Subscription may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
  2. On cancellation, you will retain access to bulk pricing until the end of the billing period.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

  1. In the unusual event that your goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us at kerrsundries@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt.
  2. Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s), and a description of the issue, to assist with resolution.
  3. Kerr Sundries will, at its discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Changes to Terms

  1. Kerr Sundries may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to the website and become effective immediately.

7. Additional Terms

  1. Kerr Sundries’ liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
